Welcome to our new website!

Hello everyone! I am so glad you found us and hope you love our new site and changes.

Adding products is a daily ongoing task. Currently you may not find everything that we had available on our previous site. If there is something specific you do not see here yet, please let us know and we will add it for you right away. We just did not want to wait anymore to be able to offer you some great new features!

A customer rewards program, wishlist, chat, and product reviews are a few of the new features you will find here.  If you have any other features you would like to see... please let us know!  We want your experience while you are visiting to be the best it could be.

About inventory:

This new site now is able to track inventory properly. Therefore, you will now know prior to purchase if your product is "in stock" or "out of stock and on the way to us". We could not input accurate inventory numbers while our old website was up and running as the numbers would end up incorrect due to sales. Now that we have switched over, we are going to be inputting accurate inventory numbers. This will take a little time to complete. So, as of right now, please do not rely on stock numbers. We will let you know in our blog when that task is complete.

The transition:

We appreciate your patience as the transition may be a little bumpy for a short time. Please do let us know if you run into any issues that we have not discovered.  You can email us at xstitchboutique@gmail.com or use the chat feature!

New features:

Very soon, we will post in our blog with details about each new feature, what they are and how they work.  Meanwhile, try the "Chat" button at the bottom. Say hello and let us know you are here. Sign up for the rewards program. Try any of the new features if you would like! We welcome all feedback and suggestions.

Orders from our old website:

We have shut down our old website. Therefore, you will not be able to login and check your order status. This is an unavoidable situation. Please know we are still working on these orders and you will receive a shipping notification with tracking number when it is on it's way to you. If you want to check on it's status, please use the chat with us button at the bottom of the page, or email us.

Accounts from our old website:

We could not bring any accounts created into our new website.  You will have to create a new account here to take advantage of customer programs such as rewards and wishlists.
